*Begin by participating in a 30-minute workshop with our wellness warriors, to get you focused for the day. Choices include Yoga, Sound Healing, Breath Works and Quantum Jumping.

*Each attendee will be gifted a rose from Bliss Flowers and a gift box from Anfasic Dokhoon with perfume, hand cream, makeup, and vouchers.

*Peruse 70 market stalls in the Women’s Wellness market for inspiring products and services created by, and for women.

*Enjoy a two-course luncheon and a pink cocktail while listening to a live performance from Olwyn Murray before the panel discussion addressing Women’s Journey to Wellness led by Jennifer Blandos from Female Fusion.
