“The Dare Peer Group Masterminds”
A business mastermind is a group of like-minded individuals who meet regularly and brainstorm their work together. Ideally it is a group of up to 12 people from different industries who regularly sit together to actively work on their current situational challenges as a group while offering their collective inputs, experience, support and accountability to each other.
This session has been specifically adapted for the Austrian Business Council and is a two hour meeting consisting of a group working session on “creating your simplified business plan” tool kit and a facilitated brain storming session on “redefining your buyers persona”.
