Following the huge success we had with our Desert Excursion to Al Ain last year, we are very pleased to offer this time a unique adventure into the Liwa Desert. Join us for a trip full of entertainment and exiting adventure! The trip will combine the truly unique experience in the serene surroundings of the Liwa Desert including an overnight stay.
The route will be decided by our valued and experienced ABC members Mr. Alexander Galvan, Mr. Gerd Bommer & Mr. Klaus Eidelpes.
Due to the different level of the participants, we would like to form 2 groups:
1.) Experienced drivers will be taken to a challenging dune bashing tour
2.) Newcomers will get first training and gain practical experience to drive in the dunes
For those who choose NOT to stay overnight in the desert, kindly note that we will escort you out of the desert to the next exit point so you can drive safely back to civilization.
Venue: Meeting point at Liwa, ADNOC Station

Please note this will be the last stop to buy foodstuff, ice etc. before starting to the desert!
Cars: Authentic 4×4 desert proofed car
Overnight stay: Please provide for your own stay (hotel or tent) e.g. : tents, blankets, inflatable mattress, camping chairs,
wood for the camp fire, torches, flashligths, garbage bags, insect protection etc.
Food: You are requested to bring your own food & beverages for the whole trip including BBQ equipment
